At Campos Brothers Farms we work diligently to minimize the risk for food safety hazards. Since 2010, we have been an SQF 2000 Level 2 supplier. SQF is a HACCP based program that consists of a systematic approach to identify and assess potential risks. Through this approach we develop critical control point procedures to target each of the identified risks. We monitor and document the performance of these control procedures to ensure their effectiveness. We believe we have some of the industry's most rigorous sanitary conditions and security measures in place. And through all stages of production and processing we work toward continuous improvement and the further elimination of food safety hazards.
